We will pull ahead and stay ahead with SW. I think he brings a skill set we need to continue the excellent progress to-date.
I don't see it as a fluff PR or an attempt to "cover" anemic sales.
He had a good deal at Promark and sees this as a move up, IMHO. Two guys in good positions each leave for IceWEB... not a coincidence. It's a good company attracting top players who want to ride the wave.
