Brabo, I don't know why you would have expected anything different than Paul's response. Even if he did answer those questions, he would be giving you information that is not available to the public. You're asking too much....we all want to know those answers, but Paul is right in that the information will be made public to everyone at the same time.
I think the expectation, at least from past experience, is to get information from Andy which should NOT be given out. We're used to that, which is the WRONG way to conduct PR. Paul is conducting it the right way, which is different for BIEL shareholders in that we expect an answer to a question which we should never be getting an answer to via email, only thru a PR.
Andy should never have given any dates, names, or anyting else to color or any other caller, because to date none of it has happened, and that looks bad. Andy has no credibility left in part because he cannot keep his mouth shut. I'm sure Paul has told him many times, and he STILL gave up information to color recently that he should never have.
Some people are unteachable.
