Being diluted with ~22% during 2012 at a P/E at or around 1, giving Siaf roughly 9 million$!! If you ask me ANY other way of financing would be preferred, one year loan from Hells Angels, Chinese or Russian mafia....YOU name it!
How do you think dilution of 22% will help us raise the P/E compared to some other financing??
