Please give up this arguing about dilution! It is a way for the company to expand and raise profit. It is a winwin thing!
We are not helped in any way if EPS is 68c instead of 62c for example. We need to have a better P/E ratio, that what counts!
Give a better alternative if you still want to take away the dilution!
