Hi Hinkydink,

I know . . . and that is what is throwing me off because on Page 2 of the attachment (Designated Mining Operation (112d) Reclamation Permit Amendment Application) to the cover letter under “4. Fees,” there are new fees listed under 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.7, 4.8, and 4.9 totaling $35,650. 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6 are listed as existing fees and 4.10 is a Conversion fee.
