On the first page (towards the bottom, a few lines up from the signature) it states: "An additional filing fee is not required".

I didn't read beyond that, once I saw that statement since that would indicate that there would be no new application fees applied to the "ammendment to the ammendment".

Chastise me if I am wrong, for not reading further, I guess I deserve it if such is the case.
