Probably already happened at a lot higher price

They IMO cleaned up their balance sheet with this even if it was 25million shares at 1.8 to 2.2 cents. Does anyone analize the financials here? The deficient is small here most likely positive cash flow now.

Or the other company will start the 'buyout' by loaning the money to buy back shares in the open market and causing the overall price to buy HBRM to be much lower then a set 2 to 3 cent price.
