How are they going to pay for this? What amount(s) are they going to be purchasing back at a time and what is the timeline for the total 100m buy back? The company diluted 113M shares into the OS at .007. They certainly can not buy them back at that price. Why would you dilute one quarter and then announce buy back the following quarter at a significantlly increased current PPS?
