EDIT: Just sharing that the judgement of 431k+ was awarded. Now that along with the SEVERAL others clearly raise a red flag to any chance of profitability for APII investors. APII is drowning in debt/suits of one sort or another. Watch for creative financing and dilution ahead. Dog, and so has one been for 28k+, how many others are ahead?

Exactly! $APII is hiding nothing. FINRA is about to approve them forma symbol change and then SEC is gonna approve the S-1 so they can uplist to OTCBB ! It's happening, 100%! Buying shares at 11 cents is huge no brainer. I am moving money around today to smack the ask silly here! Extremely undervalued at these levels!

RE:EDIT: very important take away here,

On February 20, 2011 the Company entered into a Promissory Note (Note 2) as settlement of an old accounts payable amount incurred prior to 2008. The principal
amount of Note 2 is $487,773 with interest at 8% per annum. As of December 31, 2011 the Company had not made any payments

You see, APII and it's shareholders are already DEEP, DEEEP,, DEEUUUP in the hole and this is only a portion of the reality. Dog,
BTW, i think these are two seperate issues, i beleive the Burrows thing was breach of contract not monies owed. I'll have to review that.
