Its possible I could be reading this wrong as I own shares from .29 to .32 and Im pretty sure other people do as well.It's my fault to let this drop from .32 to .10 noone elses as this security is very speculative like many other micro caps. The fact that 1 opened up a suit opens up the possibility of others doing the same especially if the company settles with Mr Garcia, the 7 others will see an opportunity and seize the moment as well thats logical. Of course the stock dictates moods as this stock has been talking since .29 to .32 when everyone me included thought the overhang was the reason the stock could not get thru .38. Well what about those converts from all that time over 8 weeks approx where uspr was basing? As far as this lawsuit resolving quickly maybe yes and maybe no I have no idea other than to say legal battles take time. It depends on many factors. As I stated to you I believe .07 to .15 will be the new range if nothing happens as there is a lot to deal with this is not as simple as you suggest imo.
