IMO, Celtic is reading this VERY wrong. The fact that only one of eight filed the lawsuit is very positive for USPR. My guess is they have a much better relationship with the remaining seven. Unfortunately shareholders allow the stock price to dictate their mood and not the actual facts. I am guessing this lawsuit is resolved quickly.
