releasing qtr1 prelims brought in volume. and is showing a profit.. key is VOLUME. they cant buy back as many shares as they need without volume.

Now think about this.. if the MM's crash the pps then everyone will wait till subpenny, then good luck trying to get your 100M shares.. everyone will be buying then they might not be able to buy back enough shares to retire to achieve their 51% majority ownership... They really only need to buy back 400M shares & cancel remaining A/S.... to reach this percentage.. but again, without liquidity in the stock that would take for ever.. which is why i suspect a PR campaign, and stock promoters bringing in volume until they achieve their buy back numbers..

just because they have the money that doesnt mean there will be any liquidity in the stock...

if you let the pps go up you will have to pay more for the shares.. they are keeping the pps relatively stable actually. There are support levels but it seems as though the MM's are keeping us right here..

Why would they dilute then buy back shares? they might as well have not done anything. if they needed the last minute cash they wouldn't have started buying shares.

The cash flow now is already greater than last quarter, as the military deal was brought online this month.. and i'm sure they are maxing out production at this point.. Therefore, I fully expect a PR in the future stating that the buy back has completed with a total buy back number of @400M shares..
(ya know they say year end of $75M but we can all see that we will top that so why not same logic here.. )

Also let me point out how i see the following statement....

The repurchase program, approved by the company's Board at an April 18, 2012 Board of Directors meeting, expires at the earlier of the close of trading on December 31, 2012, the purchases reach 100 million shares or the company gives notice of termination to vFinance Investments, Inc.

I see this as 3 different points of termination of the buyback program.
1) Close of trading on December 31, 2012
2) Purchases reach 100 million shares
3) Company gives notice of termination

I know its says "at the earlier" of the three, but obviously all of this positive started happening due to increased revenue, which is still increasing, and if they see that VFIN can do this very efficiently, which they are, then i bet that MSLP will give VFIN the go ahead nod to continue at these levels for another 100million.. then when they get all out that they want, they come out with a PR stating they did like 400M shares and look like heroes then..... VFIN exits stage left, and PPS takes off..

The ONLY reason why i think they will try and buy up all the shares they need to now is because now they have their finger on the scale... if they let it off before they are done it will tip in favor of the pps, there is a HUGE possibility they will never, ever.... EVER be able to buy back at these levels.. especially with all of the info coming out. You see what happens at the end of the day when theres minutes left and it jumps.. i suspect thats VFIN callin it a day just in time to make sure there is still demand and liquidity in the stock.. for tomorrows buying for MSLP and selling from pissed flippers :-)

i think there are two reasons for buying back shares now, vs several weeks ago. #1. It is my understanding the buy-back needs to be done with profits and not debt. #2. I think the Executive team is committed to raising the price value. I am not sure what cause the shift, but they are very eager to align with investors and drive up the value.
