What doesn't make sense to me is if they were going to announce a share buy back, why would they not have bought the shares back when it was recently in the low teens prior to the recent PRs (profitability and share buy back program)? If buy back was their plan, why would they even release prelim 1st Q earnings showing profitability (which will obviously send pps up), instead of just waiting until they've bought them low and then release the full results as scheduled in mid-May along with the buy back announcement to let it blast off? The only thing I can think is that they diluted into the news yesterday to raise more "last minute" cash...although that doesn't make much sense to us with a buy back announced the next day, I guess it would make sense for them in terms of raising additional capital. Thoughts?
