Keeping in mind not only that this is a successful company, they also care about their shares, share price, and staying in the nasdaq.
I completely agree about the R/S being their last resort.
a lot must be at work behind the curtains, if not the management of BPAX is ran by bunch of gorillas eating bananas all day long.
i doubt thats the case, these guys are rated pretty high, and their are A LOT of companies in the same area. selling at a much higher price the BPAX
I think they might be looking for a possibility of a fair price buyout. I'm sure they can find that seeing that they are stupidly undervalued.
what I'm saying is a buyout is simply considered way before R/S
R/S can drive the price back up, but will drop like a rock again if they don't have the right news. they have to make a smart and wise move here. I really hope they do not delist from nasdaq. they really need to get libi out their higher good lawyers and present data in a way where Libi gets approved. their is always other competitive companies that are most likely pulling other strings to be able to compete with BPAX..if BPAX is given its fair chance without any crooks doing anything, I believe this would fly to the moon 3$+
their valued much higher with research, I'm sure a buyout will occur, and I do hope this occurs, only reason I might think it won't is because the CEO is so good when he presents. I always wish he was my professor for any of my classes..so clear ..
