It is a though call, Viper has not come through as promised but, the potential is still there You have to come to your own conclusion. As for me, I’m holding on...

That's where I am at as well...I'm down quite a bit, but that's the nature of the beast. Win some lose some. I hate to see stagnant money when I can move it to where it might do something.

This stock is already undervalued IMO, and decreasing more everyday.

Seemingly there is huge potential right around the corner, but every penny stock board says the same thing. If you look at the different boards, you will see nearly every board saying the same thing. "This is going up, it's just about to go! All we need is a good solid PR and it will blast off" or something along those lines.

The penny stock market is slap full of stocks that are "right on the verge of breaking out big." Some do and some just fizzle out and go stagnant.

Some people are fine with just sitting and waiting. I generally am as well, but there comes a point in time when a decision has to be made as to how long is too long to wait.

Supposedly news will be out that pushes this stock upwards, however that news was supposed to be here "Mid April" and now it's late April. The company is losing credibility ( with me) by not at least putting out something at least saying, sorry for the delay, we are working hard to get this done as quick as possible, just have to get the legal language of the deal written correctly.

The longer the delay without news, the less value this stock has and will continue it's downward trend.

I'm not suggesting the merger isn't going through, or bashing the company, but they are not doing anyone any favors by not saying anything at all.

Warren Buffet was asked once how he made so much money in the stock market and his reply was that he always sold too early.

I think just about everybody here has the same concern. Either things are really lined up and we're going to see 500%+ gains, or we're all going to become the bitter posters who don't trust the company or this CEO. However, the reason I'm holding on is because in Viper we're not just expecting a PR but we kno exactly what we're expecting. The way things are lined up we are in a potential life changing stock (if management can be trusted). One thing we know for sure is that the JV is real. IMO everyone should AT LEAST stay until we hear more about that.
