long term the R/S should have little effect on the PPS since it is already reflected in the shares price. The current stock price will reflect the pipeline & its potential as the company goes forward.



How can it reflect both at the same time?

BPAX is valued where the buyers/sellers believe it should be today, in Dec it was at one point 2.66/ a share & then .38/share, you need news to change the value of a biotech stock(lack of news causes a stock to go to its least resistance point)

So the pipeline and potential is worth .54?

I am not talking about day to day changes in the PPS, I am saying over time, weeks, months, with news events changing the landscape of the stock. You can not watch a biotech day to day(especially if it is trending down)


How can it reflect both at the same time?

Note: I am not currently in the stock.
