What your saying isn't logical and doesn't hold much weight. You cannot say 100% that there is no shorting going on in HBRM. You aren't a Market Maker, nor do you have any inside information regarding this matter.
So, in turn you cannot rule out the fact that HBRM has been shorted and there is a short position.
