Another thing that doesn't add up:

What cash is HBRM going to use to buy up those 100 million shares they say they say they will buy on the open market?

Even assuming they can buy the shares for .01/share, the last quarterly report showed that HBRM had a grand total of $7,200 in cash, and another $2,600 in receivables.

Unless they expect another $990,000 in profit in the next few months, they only have the funds to buy less than one million shares.
