DaReal's post about Nguyen Tran sent me looking to see if that name had come up before, and I found this instead:

The address is still listed to a Nguyen. The number registered was incorrect and the address is spelled incorrectly.
Google will not detect Baysee and the phone number given is a cell phone(Rogers Carrier). But they gave the correct Postal Code which made it easier to find.

When you posted it, I wondered if "Van Duoc Nguyen" might be a relative of Eric's. But what if it's his real name? He says he was born in Vietnam. What are the odds that his name is really "Eric"? Perhaps he turned "Duoc" into "Eric" for convenience.
