Don't even go there. TD has its own issues... maybe like a boatload of air shares to turn into real ones. Anyone using them and trading pennies might look to an alternative, IMO.

TD suffers from administrative constipation, or maybe lack of stones. I use 3 brokerages. TD will not trade 8 fully functioning and profitable pinkies that I have. Scott and Etrade will.
