This is the last update of shares. recently i have been told the authorized has increased.

How many shares do you see that could have been added since Oct 31st? look across this chart?

To keep it simple. How many red blocks do you see? maybe 20-30 mill since this last reporting of share structure? Maybe?

I will not call you crazy, nor tell you that you are going to lose your money. I don't wish Wilmot any ill-will. This is a gamble in the Wild west OTC,..now OTN market and I knew the pitfalls and risks going in.

I appreciate your charting efforts but I would argue that you are not necessarily correct stating that a bottom is in or near. Maybe, but the way I read that the chart is,... that it looked very similar in late January and late March when a bottom looked to be in,....and wasn't.

I fully expect a reverse split. The question is when and when that does happen, as is typical after a reverse split, The value of shares will fall precipitously and compared to the value today,...the bottom will most definitely not have been near.

Its a shame.
