They have won awards for years with no results. As I have posted many times before, the product costs to much per watt. Many other company's sell fuel cells for less money. Letters of intent, etc..., have been nothing but hot air. Recent one, how's that Boeing LOI working out? Just like all the others so far, nothing will come of it IMO only. The only development stage contract they had was with the Navy and they didn't buy any fuel cells from Neah and that has been more than a few years ago. It is obvious to me that this isn't a "must have" product or they would have had sales by now..
