I see your point however we never received an explanation as to the charge besides you saying it was from a divorce. You have to understand that you are the face of a publicly traded company now. When people do their DD and see that, what do you think that they will think about a penny stock company that has raised the O/S by over 300% has a history of R/S and on top of it all has a representative that was arrested for forging a document and a CEO that received probation for fraud from a previous company. Florida really is a sunny place for shady people.
People here are thinking its positive that John will answer the phone all day long and talk to shareholders about the business. I see that as a major RED FLAG. A CEO should not have time to even answer his own calls let alone shoot the shit with investors and read IHUB all day. I'd like a list of 10 addresses for properties that ACYD has a stake in or is leasing for program residents as evidence of operations.
This is a public forum for shareholders to share their thoughts and DD, it would be irresponsible for you to suggest that everything posted here should be happy-go-merry when it is clearly not.
