Lots of cheap waterfront for sale based on NJ prices, no doubt. Indeed, a number of ex-Jerseyites... lots of MD/DC/VA... fair amount of ex-military.

Just planted my Heirloom Rutgers tomatoes :-) My pappy swore by 'em.
