Hinnant is the guy that Ferris and some of you had a man-crush on. This was the guy to get all those big military contracts in Orlando. What a joke!!! Ferris is absolutely the WORST judge of talent. First Andrus "Don is doing a great job".. Gone. The Controller.. Gone...Hinnant " I'm very excited about what John brings to the table"... Gone, but gone to a potential competitor with every piece of inside info on Virtra's products, plans, etc. How could Ferris be so naive and stupid to not sign all the new people, but especially Hinnant, to a non-compete clause in the employment contract. Oh yeah Shaffer gone, but we have his replacement already on board, Rudy Miller... Investor Relations Counsel, President, CEO and Emperor for Life of The Miller Group...
Some of you have said Ferris should step down and stick to the Engineering part of the business. At the time I thought thats crazy.. I was wrong.. He is totally inept at Managing this Company...
