Very perceptive. Some time ago, when more than one company approached Andy about a buyout, he remarked that "their" offers were "not insane enough" for him to consider; he may or may not still have those previous conversations "running" through his mind when he talks about companies like J&J. He is playing a hard sell to them, which may or may not prove to work in our favor someday. IMO
So these statements by Andy goes back to my questions about patents and competitive devices. Why would Andy mention J&J or other big guy coming in and beating their prices? Does he know that they are going to try? Does J&J already have a device they are working on thus resisting the urge to buyout our shares? If hey hold patents, how then could any US company come in and compete? Any patent people know any possibilities? Or was Andy referring to Tylenol bring priced cheaper than a patch???? Is he positioning the company to be bought out by giving big pharm no other economic choice?
Makes me still wonder what, " we're not sharing" means.
