I have been trying to add to my position all day at the bid and have not been able to make a single buy. This is an excellent strong sign. No one wants to sell!

Then again ... maybe I have a crappy broker. I have been at bid at .28 for quite awhile and have seen several trades go through at .28. Mine has not filled.

The CNN report may add legitimacy, for people not following LQMT, but it doesn't really add any reality.

1) no one knows when the new iPhone is coming out. I would NOT be surprised if they missed the supposed June date. So don't be surprised, I warned you. I WOULD be surprised if iPhone5 is not out by Oct. That would be disastrous for Apple. If they can't get LM developed for the phone by then they'll use another design. They cannot miss the Xmas season.

My guess is Engel cannot supply nearly enough machines for injection molded cases, by the June date, as pictured in this Wired story:

2) Apple might decide to use a flat piece of LM for the back of the iPhone to replace the current Gorilla glass. I think a flat piece is going to be much easier to make and hence if Apple does release a LM iPhone in June is probably more likely. I think it is even likely that an October release might use flat metal.


3) Apple MIGHT use LM in a nano or shuffle to get some experience with it before they use it on an iPhone. Doubtful but possible.

All the rumors have been around for at least a year. I bought my first taste of LQMT before the 4S came out because I realized that once Apple uses it it will be too late to catch the initial wave... before the inevitable decline. Needless to say I missed however I didn't buy much, and averaged out with more I've bought since I'm way ahead today.

I'm a long time Apple investor, own Apple stock and I think I have a very good idea of how their insider culture works.

However its ALL SPECULATION - there is a decent chance Apple will NEVER use LM.
