ELVIS. You had better get used to it. My opinion is that the patent sales, will lead to a very aggressive stock buyback program. If the price stays where it is, i could see us w/ less than 40myn shares outstanding in the next twelve months,Down from the current 43myn.

Now is the time for IDCC to sell about $1.5 billion in patents and give a one time stock dividend of $20 to each share of stock...

That would trap all the shorts and still pay the taxes on the sale and rescue shareholder value and confidence from what was lost during the failed sale of the company.

TIME TO GET OFF THE CAN AND DO SOMETHING DRASTIC!!!!
