I question any site that doesn't know english.

I agree thats usually my first clue, 2nd, the site does not seem to be offering free advice or help as almost every link has $$ attached to it. Third caution is all the references to Microsoft recommended or Microsoft trained experts, etc etc. really stretching it for seals of approval.

I would also be cautious.
