If you have been around the ECDC board for any length of time this is way better than what the OS was posted all last week when we ran well over 200% on no news. The best of us figured it was about 500 million, the worst said maxed out at a billion. We are looking way better now with only 440 milllion and that is for 4 separate companies. We have seen no dilution since the breakout last week when VFIN left so we could run a couple hundred % and we did all of that with daily short attacks of well over 50% to 60% of the daily volume per day. LOL covering to all shorts!!!
Do what to us? Did you not do any DD before getting in? There is nothing about the share structure that wasn't previously and publicly known. Actually, the O/S was less than we expected and all the numbers are heading in the direction we want them. I'm not sure of your point here...
