It definitely appears the SEC case alleged against JBII is falling to pieces if they are soliciting other agencies in trying to find anything to bolster their position. The Canadian agencies have to be laughing at "team Boston" by now. I recall mentioning something about other 3 letter agencies investigating "things" a while ago.
