thats the problem. it's not the bottom. you buy RE now, you'll
still take a bath and be stuck with it for years. The time to
buy RE will be in about 3-4 years when it will all be washed out.
It's just like USNL but on a larger and slower scale. When it
tanked from .50 to .10 people thought it was a great time to get
in. "Buy low sell high" right? Wrong. It wasn't the bottom.
Now those that bought at .10 are down 90% and waiting for the
bounce. Same thing with RE only it will take a LOT longer to
recover.

I do a bit of realestate & have to say that smart buyers who bought high before have shorted there properties & turned profit when the division tanked...so not all of us are hatin life :) Go USNL!
