You obviously don't know anything about Real Estate and Investing. Now, is the perfect time to get into Real Estate. The housing market is down right now, so it's like you're getting home for wholesale prices or even better than that! When the housing market goes up.....you're going to make a sh*tload of profit. People who bought houses when the housing market was up.....is hating life right now. IF they are able to sell the house....most are not going to get as nearly the amount they paid for the house. They going to be selling for a loss. This is why you BUY when the housing market is DOWN and SELL when the housing market is UP. Buy low, Sell high. Just like stocks. Never buy at the top....you're shooting yourself in the foot.
