I should have been a day trader instead of a long-term shareholder in CBAI. I would have made more money here. Nope, I am stuck in this failing stock and company.

Not sure who you are referring to, but since I'm a long-term shareholder, I'm not much encouraged by this filing.

"Total liabilities increased approximately 24 % to $8.2 million..."

This kind of scares me. TOTAL LIABILITIES INCREASED APPROXIAMATELY 24%!!!! NOT GOOD.

Well, this company has never been able to make 1 penny in profits. So, how long do you think it will be before a bankruptcy filing? I give it a year tops.

AND THE PPS IS REACTING NEGATIVELY TO ALL THIS GOOD NEWS PAUL, EXPLAIN THAT! NOT A GOOD SIGN. IF IT WAS A GOOD FILING, THE SHAREPRICE WOULD BE RISING.

Paul,

So would that mean CBAI is cash-flow positive since they are running "on their own juice"?

TIA

that would mean no more dilution.

ut oh, the stock price has bottomed!!!!!!!

i have already made my case for what would happen should CBAI increase share count again or RS. I do believe the RS last year was needed, although pretty ugly, time for a REBOUND!!!

Subsequent to year-end the Company issued 111,194,961 shares resulting in an outstanding share amount of 249,999,364 shares with 250,000,000 authorized. Of those shares issued subsequent to year end, 110,435,264 were issued to debt holders reducing the note balance by $1,564,320.

"RUNNING ON THEIR OWN JUICE" ?

From the 10-K: "We are Currently Dependent on External Financing"

The term "RUNNING ON THEIR OWN JUICE" would indicate CBAI is independant of external support, however the 10-K states otherwise.

Can you clarify what you meant by this statement?

Let's ask again.

Paul, when you say "company runs on its own juice now" did you mean to say that Cord Blood America is now cash flow positive?

There is someone posting on here who claims that is what you are saying.

Please clarify.

Thanks.

I'll ask a 4th time...

Paul, when you say "company runs on its own juice now" did you mean to say that Cord Blood America is now cash flow positive?

There seems to be some confusion here and there is an interpretation going around about it.

Can you please clear this up and explain what you mean?

Thanks!

Come on Paul, what did you mean when you said "company runs on its own juice now"? Does that mean you are stating the company is cash flow positive?

Yes or no.

6TH TIME REQUESTING AN ANSWER.

COME ON PAUL, OUT WITH IT.

DID YOU MEAN TO SAY CORD BLOOD AMERICA IS CASH FLOW POSITIVE NOW? IF SO, WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST SAY THAT? WHY THE DOUBLE-SPEAK??
