Walmart makes their vendors wait for at least 90 days before payment and that's what hurt the previous owners of Paychest, that and the inability to produce fast enough for the demand. Xinpro has been producing since Nov. and have probably added on or purchased a larger manufacturing facility, correcting 2 major mistakes.

Remember, this product is manufactured in China. Most products at Wallmart & Target stores are imported from China.
