TP once this is settled and the court upholds its ruling Vince IMO will be CEO. It seems Vince has been excellent in his actions since all this has come down. No PRs or bickering in public, VALCOM is status Quo and These TEMP BOD and CEO need to be very careful as I have it on Good authority the Court has been watching this and is being made aware of their actions. Good management would have waited until the Shareholders met and the Vote was tallied. The Court made a ruling and they just plain ignored it.
