Should have paid closer attention to what I posted. That has all been covered. I am simply supplying the references to back up what I post.

I will say this one more time. A second string of casing would have been a big help with protecting the well bore. I suggest more research if you do not understand.

I would have:
(1) Run 2-D seismic over my proposed drilling locations

(2) Rented a rig in Belize instead of buying two, with shipping and conversion delays, and now leaving one idle in Belize as Treaty only have one drill crew between Belize and Texas

(3) Rented a logging unit in Belize rather than wasting a lot of time buying one and shipping it to Belize during which the well collapsed

(4) Learnt from BNE how did their wells and used the same contractors personnel and equipment as them (Sump, mud pits, mud line, BOP(!) etc)

(5) Employed a geologist who knew something about Belize from the beginning

(6) Worked closer with Princess Petroleum on how to interact with the Goverment of Belize

Need I go on???
