You know I'm reading about how Treaty supposedly didn't use the proper drilling process or equipment by some posters. Why don't one of you so-called experts give us the process and equipment they should have used in bullet format i.e. 1) 2) 3) etc, instead of a book cut and paste off of wikipedia or similar. Please educate the board on how the experienced oil driller would have drilled a hole and analyzed the mud samples any differently. Maybe provide the budget as well and we can compare if Treaty had the actual funding in place to drill in Belize using the so-called "correct process and equipment" Wirelining requirements came after the fact so no need to elaborate on "why no wirelining equipment was procured before the date in late January when "Treaty struck oil". They have that equipment now and will clear the hole to use it. What would have prevented the hole from filling with debris if the hole were properly drilled? My guess is if they had the lighter pipe from the start, had the equipment that could go 4000' and had the wirelining equipment in late January; then all would have been accomplished with more efficiency. Maybe lessons have been learned.
