I think you're catching on there. But there are problems with this S-1, and Ken and the gang know it. They're using it as a ploy to keep people from selling either stock--hell, people don't even HAVE their BVIG, so they CAN'T sell it--and they'll string it out yet again just as they did the last time. Another thing that people don't seem to realize is that there is no net benefit to shareholders in a stock divvy or spinoff. There won't be anything in the companies that's not already there. Less, actually.

You do have to credit Ken for one thing, though: audacity. He'll be lucky if the SEC doesn't kick his ass. He's really sticking his head in the lion's mouth with this one.

And why should he get a haircut and a real job? He's doing just fine peddling "fertilizer."

Why anybody would deliberately subject himself to the torture of owning a Ken Stead stock is beyond understanding, to me.
