I mention the "wait and see what ABX is able to deliver" strategy as maybe the only clear-cut alternative to the more desirable strategy: Mr. Lopehandia says he has absolutely clear title, and exclusive access to where the gold is at. It should, then, be no problem for have independent testing produced that would show that he has more than flapping gums.
We can't rely on Barrick's testing to prove our case, can we? Particularly not when the dispute is over ownership and access.
He's saying, in effect "they can't get to where the gold is at, and I can!". So, prove it to the market. Simple.
MSX has done the PRs saying "We've confirmed that we believe that this guys owns rights to the land, and now we triple-dog-dare ABX to try and prove otherwise!"
It didn't work.
Now it's time for show, not tell.
If MSX or JL can't or won't bring that evidence of gold to market, then I don't see what alternative we have but to wait and see if ABX can.
