I'd be cautious about dropping the Bre-X name in here. I did that once, and JL blew out!

But I don't actually agree with Quer that we should be looking for a steady stream of positive PRs from the company. When JL came on here with his claims that the whole thing was settled, there's zero risk, we win, they lose, life is beautiful, and we'll all be eating caviar for breakfast, did it help the share value? We don't need PRs, because the market doesn't believe them. Anyone can say anything in a message board or a PR.

We need independent test results and documentation from the physical sites that Mr. Lopehandia claims he has exclusive access to.

Or. Another good way to verify Mr. Lopehandia's claims will be to see what actually happens with Barrick's progress at Pascua Lama. If they are continually pushing back production deadlines, then maybe they are just playing "make believe" at some other site, as JL claims. If Barrick begins to ship minerals, then JL was full of it.

So, what's the production schedule? Granted, this may not provide a quick answer, but neither does hot air pronouncements on the internet.
