That's a bunch of shares

As a result of these transactions as of December 31, 2011 the Company has 961,230,600 Shares of Common Stock outstanding but only 302,450,000, that were issued to MILV shareholders of record prior to the share exchange, are issued. We have yet to convert and issue 652,780,600 to Nature's Bioceuticals share holders and have yet to issue the above 6,000,000 common shares.

They are just about out of room here, as AS is 1.125 billion.

I was told about the financials a week ago. It was also suggested the negative comments via the blogs are taking a toll on the price per share. Since they obviously have little (shares) to go and even a smaller amount of time to do .... it in, might I suggest some common sense to/for those who own the stock. I understand there are some who believe the stock is a wash, but there are those of us who are pulling for the kidney tonic just because...
