IMO I highly doubt Bob or Matt are accumulating. I'm Almost convinced that niether one understands how the public market works and how or when to use it where it will benefit the company and it's shareholders.

I'm thinking Miller Group was hired on for more than IR. I'm thinking some kind of company transaction, whether it be somebody buying Virtra, Virtra buying somebody, or Virtra going private.
