The term "partner" needs to be defined. Presently it could mean just about anything.

I've been out of town and was looking at the latest post on the Partner aspect.
It brought to mind the last time a product was being developed by "the company". After a period of time the main developers, being they had the monies invested as well as shares they agreed to settle by taking over that protion of the project by returning those shares and releasing debt. We as shareholder were left with the shell company. This has the aroma (or smell) of the same.
Another investment I was involved with, sold the project and placed the monies into paying off debt and the share value did not increase.
Let's be cautious and look closely on what is going on.
