The SHMX Outstanding Shares (OS) is very possibly as indicated within an earlier post made below:

The company's NV SOS filings were updated as the company was reinstated to "Active" status just recently as indicated below:

The Authorized Shares (AS) is still reflected for being 300,000,000 shares. I could be wrong, but I would like to think that if increasing the AS was to be part of the plan in the short term, such would have been indicated within this recent NV SOS update. Since it has remained constant, it leads me to think that there won't be any near term changes in their share structure. Please, this is only food for thought as I am still not 100% for sure.
