QuietTim, with that important filing...

I agree that it is an important filing. That SC-13G filed on 17 Jan 2012 tells us what the SHMX Outstanding Shares (OS) is:
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=8000960&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_BODY&exp=

It looks like Coventry Enterprises, LLC owns 21,600,858 shares of SHMX which represents 7.3% of the company's OS from that filing.

To decipher what’s the OS, we must ask ourselves...

21,600,858 shares is 7.3% of what number?

So, to set up to solve for x...

21,600,858/x = 7.3/100

7.3x = 2,106,008,580

x = 2,106,008,580/7.3

x = 295,902,164.4

This means that the Outstanding Shares (OS) for SHMX is approximately 295,902,164 shares. The amount of restricted shares and the amount of shares in the Float are unknown, but we know that both/combined cannot be more than the OS.

As investors have said... volume precedes price... as we will know if such is a head fake or if something of substance is really going on here. I’m leaning towards something of substance although I have not been able to find out much more than that news is expected to be released at some time in the future per their parent company’s website:
