Easy - if he's right it helps the poor who need help !!! AS the rich need no help since they are privy to the kind of info. that has made them rich to begin with.And as we all know being privy to this info. they do in fact share it with each other leaving the lower class OUT.If he is right it would be ONLY the rich here who would have a problem with it since it would bring the lower class into their neighbourhood or on to their turf.
