Bobby,

Thanks for your recent inquiry about Q Television Network. As you may
know, Cox Communications, Inc. recently signed a launch agreement with
Q, effectively clearing the way for its local systems to launch the
service if they so desire.

I can tell you that we are strongly considering launching Q on Cox
Digital Cable on a subscription basis, possibly by year end. An exact
launch date & price, however, have yet to be determined.
