I contacted Cox on Friday and got a similar response. They are making some decisions about both Q and Logo and I believe they will add both. They already have Here!

"I can tell you that we are strongly considering launching Q on Cox
Digital Cable on a subscription basis, possibly by year end. An exact
launch date & price, however, have yet to be determined."
