TeeRoy...that is a VALID POINT. We moved from Kelly Jones to Bob Ferris & now need to transition to the next step. My problem is I am beginning to believe BF doesn't agree and the BOD is not representing the shareholders very well at this time...

TEEROY, I think you hit the nail on the head that this company needs a real leader....a real CEO with Experience…. Not like the last guy (Don A.) who worked for a competitor for 2 seconds with the majority of his work experience being for Macys…

I would say no, Bob and longtime buddy Burlend don't have the balls to step aside and allow the company to grow... Seems to me that Bob still believes he owns the company and not everyone on this board... Based on the letter below he like it that he is the largest shareholder and that is great…but he is nowhere close to owning 51%...heck Bob isn’t even close to 15%...

Where in Bob's personal background, education, work experience does it show he can he a CEO and run with the big boys..? Nowhere...which is fine if VirTra wants to stay a Mom and Pop shop but with 50+ employees those days are over. You can't just stay in a Holiday Inn Express one night and think you can be a real CEO able to challenge the Cubic's and IES's of the world...
